The Talisman Railwayana Auction on Saturday 17 May at the Newark Showground was a great success and we look forward to the next one in October.

Next up is the Bath Book Fair which is being held in the Bath Pavilion on Friday & Satruday 27 & 28 June. This is a joint PBFA/ABA fair with around 75 dealers standing. The Pavilion is a short(ish) walk from the station. We will have some nice new stock on our stall in particular an extensive collection of P & A Cambell, the paddle steamer operator, Bristol Channel Guides (click here) and a recently catalogued collection of Bristol books, including a nice set of the Rev. Seyer's Bristol history. Do come along!

Then it's the Hay on Wye Book Fair on Saturday 20 July. This in once again being held in the magnificently restored Hay Castle, entry is free and there is a cafe on site. As usual, we will be taking a selection of Welsh books!

We issued a catalogue in advance of the York Book Fair in September 2024 and you can see a copy here - there are a few items still available so do get in touch if you are interested in anything.
